A man convicted of molesting a child and drug possession learns his fate in the Superior Court of Guam.

Defendant Justin Santos is sentenced to 15 in the Department of Corrections prison before Judge John Terlaje.

Last September, jurors found him guilty of second-and fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct, child abuse, and delivery of a schedule II controlled substance.

The victim, who testified at trial, was only 17 when she reported the abuse back in 2021.

Santos has denied the allegations arguing the false claims were a result of an argument that unfolded with relatives.
