Man charged in shooting death of stepbrother to go to trial on Jan. 22

Murder defendant Toshie Salvadore is set to have his day in court in about a week.

He appeared before Judge John Terlaje in Superior Court today.

As KUAM reported, Salvadore was drinking beer and had smoked meth with his stepbrother, Mike Fel.

Prosecutors learned Salvadore was showing off a gun before it went off.

Trial is set to begin on Jan. 22.
