An arrest is made in connection to a shooting that led to the victim being dropped off and left at the emergency room at the Guam Regional Medical City.

Toshie Salvadore, 24, is arrested on suspicion of murder, use of a deadly weapon, possession of a firearm without ID, discharge of firearms, destroying evidence, possession of a schedule Ii controlled substance with intent to distribute, arson, and destroying evidence.

The investigation unfolded on Nov. 4 after the driver of a silver Dodge Avenger dropped off an unresponsive man with a gunshot wound to GRMC before taking off.

The suspect was wearing a mask.

The victim, identified by police as 25-year-old Micheal Fel, was pronounced deceased at 4:02 am.

An autopsy shows he suffered a gunshot wound to the chest and his death was ruled a homicide.

Investigators later got a report of a car fire near Chalan Kotda in Dededo.

Authorities confirmed it was the same car spotted at the hospital.

Detectives got a statement from an undisclosed source about the events leading to the shooting, including
that Salvadore allegedly pulled the trigger during an argument with the victim.

Witnesses also told police they spotted the suspect carrying a gas container shortly before the car fire.

Salvadore is being held at the Department of Corrections prison.

KUAM files show Salvadore was arrested in 2022 in connection to a double homicide in Yigo. He was only accused then of allegedly getting rid of the gun in that case.
