A string of thefts at the Home Depot has found one man responsible with another being his getaway driver.

Twenty-eight-year-old Terrance Greg Santos Pablo is charged three times with retail theft. The first being a second-degree felony, the second being a third-degree felony, and the third being a misdemeanor.

The first two charges were given a notice of commission of a felony while on felony release.

Court documents state the thefts began on Oct. 31, where Pablo allegedly placed nine items into a cart before leaving Home Depot in an orange Kia.

On Nov. 2, a total of eight items were taken during the day.

That same day in the evening, Pablo attempted to take another eight items before he was stopped by an Asset Protection officer.

Pablo’s driver allegedly admitted to Guam Airport police officers that he helped Pablo in the thefts as his driver. No charges have been filed against him.

The magistrate complaint additionally states Pablo was arrested on Nov. 19 for a separate incident while on pre-trial release.
