Guam Chamber of Commerce releases 2025 board election results

The Guam Chamber of Commerce held its Annual Membership Meeting today, highlighted by Chairman Ernie Galito’s end-of-year address and Chamber President Catherine Castro’s annual report on the state of the organization.

A major highlight of the event was the announcement of the 2025 Chamber Board Election results, with 71% of eligible members casting their ballots over a seven-day voting period.

Seven directors were elected to serve on the 2025 Board.

 

The five voting directors elected to three-year terms are:

• Vincent C. Camacho (Incumbent), Managing Principal, Camacho Calvo Law Group, LLC
• William H. Calori (Incumbent), Director & Chief Financial Officer, Cabras Marine Corporation, Seabridge, Inc.
• Tae Oh (Incumbent), Owner and Vice President, Vantage Advertising
• Daniel Tydingco, Executive Vice President, TeleGuam Holdings, LLC dba GTA
• Kim Anderson Young, President and Owner, Security Title, Inc.

The two Alternate Directors, elected to one-year terms, are:

• Marcos Fong, Chief Executive Officer, Foremost Foods, Inc./Coca-Cola Beverage Co.
• Ben Ferguson, Vice President and General Manager, Pacific Islands Club

Kim Anderson Young, the highest vote-getter, will automatically serve on the Chamber’s Executive Committee in 2025.

These seven newly elected directors join thirteen holdovers to comprise the 2025 Chamber Board.

The 2025 holdover directors are:

• Christopher Duenas, Chief Financial Officer, Triple J Enterprises
• Ernie Galito, Business Development Director, Atkins Kroll, Inc.
• James Herbert III, General Manager, Triple J Five Star Wholesale Foods, Inc.
• Candy Okuhama, President, ASC Trust
• Mark Sablan, Vice President, Business Development, South Pacific Petroleum Corporation
• Phillip Santos, Account Executive, Matson Navigation Company
• Tom Shimizu, General Manager, Ambros Inc.
• Dr. Hoa Van Nguyen, President, American Medical Center
