CNMI early voting begins Tuesday

Early voting for Rota, Saipan, and Tinian starts Tuesday, Oct. 29, until Nov. 4.
Voters can head to the polls daily from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. the polling place for Saipan and the northern islands is at the multi-purpose center, Rota voters can head to the DPS Command building, and Tinian voters can cast their ballot at the public library.

“If you already know that you are not going to be able to report to the polls on Nov. 5th, take advantage of the early voting period,” said Igitol.
Voters should bring an I.D. Curbside voting is also available for the elderly and those with disabilities.
Confined voting is available on Saipan for early voting and must be requested by noon daily. Confined voting for Rota and Tinian will be available on election day.
Meanwhile, the senate held confirmation hearings for CEC board nominees Antonio Cabrera and Florence Sablan today.
