Guam Regional Medical City launches PerfectServe to improve patient care and team communication

Significant improvements in patient care and care team communications, the Guam Regional Medical City is coming out with their PerfectServe platform.
PerfectServe is designed to be an advanced clinical communication platform that would transform physician collaboration and improve patient care through real-time connectivity.
It streamlines workflows and gives clinicians instant access to on-call schedules, robust message tracking capabilities, and automatic redirection when intended recipients are unavailable.
GRMC’s CEO, Dr. Alexander “Beau” Wielaard said the platform's importance in identifying barriers to timely care for patients.
In the first phase, PerfectServe has successfully onboarded approximately 1,500 users across 15 departments, integrating with GRMC’s EHR for smooth communication.
The next stage will automate the delivery of critical lab results and alerts, improving efficiency and patient outcomes.
Additionally, the platform enables rapid emergency alerting for events like tsunamis, and supports off-site communication for staff who may be away from the hospital.
