Dare to enter The Asylum’s Curse?

Step into your worst nightmares at Okkodo High School this weekend.

The Class of 2025 student council officers Khirzten Almeria, Kyle Bituin and Jaden Arjona sat down with KUAM to share the bone-chilling details.

“We’re going to have our yearly haunted house this Saturday and Sunday on October 19 and 20. It is titled ‘The Asylum’s Curse’ and it will be from 3pm which will be our family friendly version and 4pm which is our unleashed version which is more towards the mature side. Line cut off will be at 8 p.m.,” said Almeria, Public Relations officer for her class council.

The Bulldogs have been preparing for their annual haunted house even before the school year started, practicing for a sinister night you won’t be able to forget.

“We wanted to focus on what scares us. In that, we took inspiration from a lot of titles like Ouiji, Silent Hill and even games like Little Nightmares. We took aspects that scared us. Looking at all those aspects, we found a common ground that connects them. Through that we saw either asylums or medical,” said Bituin, the Activities Coordinator.

They warn it just may be the spookiest yet.

“Since ours is a bit more interactive than past years, we do hope that makes it scarier since they are more a part of the storyline,” said Arjona, President.

But don’t be too afraid, the students say there will be no grabbing.

“I’m just really excited to see people’s reactions and how they feel about it,” added Almeria.

Just remember, once you enter these halls, there’s no turning back.
