The Department of Public Health and Social Services is informing the community that the DPHSS offices located at 194 Hernan Cortez Avenue, Terlaje Professional Building, in Hagatna, will be closed on Thursday, Oct. 3, 2024, from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m., due to the building being fumigated.

The affected DPHSS offices include:

Bureau of Social Services Administration (BOSSA) Child Protective Services (CPS)
Guam Health Professional Licensing Office (HPLO)
Bureau of Non-Communicable Diseases (BNCD); which includes the following programs
- Tobacco Prevention and Control Program
- Diabetes Prevention and Control Program
- Hypertension Prevention and Control Project
- Guam Breast and Cervical Cancer Early Detection Program
- Guam Comprehensive Cancer Control Program
- Health Disparities Grant Program

Those looking to make a referral to CPS may contact them by calling 671-475-2653/2672. Documents may also be dropped off at the Public Health Incident Command Center (PHICC) located in 155 Hessler Place, Hagatna, 96913.

HPLO

BNCD
