Guam Power and Waterworks Authority migrate to single automated phone payment system

The Guam Power Authority and Guam Waterworks Authority announced that the Interactive Voice Response, or automated phone payment system, will be offline starting today to Oct. 5, 2024.
The current IVR services will transition to one combined system with a new toll-free number. During the automated phone payment system unavailability, customers can make payment via alternative methods.
The newly combined utility phone payment system or IVR system will be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
The transition will be completed by Oct. 6, 2024, allowing customers to contact the new number: 1-855-712-9696 to pay both GPA and GWA accounts.
Live utility payment representatives will remain available during regular business hours. This joint utility effort aims at enhancing the GPA and GWA customer experience.
