Two University of Guam students receive Herminia Dierking scholarships

Two University of Guam seniors were awarded the $1,500 Herminia Dierking Scholarship by the Association of Government Accountants Guam Chapter.
This award furthers the organization's commitment to supporting accounting, business, and public administration students.
The two recipients are Abigail Uy, a senior public administration and criminal justice double major, and Princess Fernandez, a senior accounting major.
The Herminia Dierking Scholarship program is sponsored and funded by the AGA Guam Chapter and private sector contributors in recognition of the achievements of the late Herminia H. Dierking, a Legislator, Educator, Humanitarian, Past President of the AGA Guam Chapter, Past Regional Vice President of AGA Pacific Rim, and a past recipient of the AGA National Chapter Service award.
This Scholarship is open to students pursuing bachelor's degrees in accounting, business administration, or public administration at the University of Guam.
