A motorcyclist with alleged fraudulent plates and expired tags also had meth on him.

Gerald Daniel Perez, 42, is charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance and fraudulent use of a license plate as third-degree felonies, as well as expired registration and operation of an unregistered motor vehicle as violations.

Court documents state Guam police observed a license plate on a motorcycle allegedly had expired tags and were not assigned to the motorcycle Perez was on. 

After being pulled over and searched, Perez was allegedly found with two baggies with meth and a knife.
