A midnight disturbance found one man breaking his court orders and allegedly into the home of a previous victim.

John Escrupulo Salas Jr., 46, is charged with home invasion as a first-degree felony, burglary as a second-degree felony, criminal mischief, interfering with reporting of family violence, possession of a schedule II controlled substance as third-degree felonies.

Salas Jr., is additionally charged with two counts of violation of a court order, family violence, resisting arrest, and assault as misdemeanors.

Court documents state Guam police responded to a disturbance complaint in Mangilao.

On arrival, two minors involved told police a man was inside, “About to hit my mom.”

Police entered the residence, noting Salas Jr. was holding the distressed victim against the fridge.

After separating the pair, police also noted Salas Jr. was under the influence. The magistrate complaint states Salar Jr., told police, “F**k you guys, I am not scared of you, no respect.”

It was alleged Salas Jr. continued to resist instructions and arrest until finally complying after.

Court documents said Salas Jr. was allegedly yelling outside the residence and threatening to force his way into the house. After doing so, the victim informed police the situation got physical and her two sons were “swung at.” 

A search of Salas Jr.’s car found a glass pipe, and several clear baggies with suspected methamphetamine.
