Docomo Pacific CNMI launched its new Call Center operations on Saipan today.

Docomo Pacific said it symbolizes their dedication to bringing their customers closer to the heart of their community.

And get this, the center hired ten new recently trained staff, five of whom were hired at a job fair after Hyatt Regency Saipan closed.

 

President and CEO of Docomo Pacific Christine Baleto said the opening of the call center comes at a critical time amid economic hardship to expand opportunities for the community.

“Today marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter of rebuilding our business with our people, for our people. The future we have chartered is one brimming with hope, opportunity, and unwavering commitment to our islands. As the new CEO, I am deeply driven by the belief that we are truly better together,” said Baleto. 

Baleto added they will be expanding the call center in the coming years to create 50 more jobs in the Northern Marianas.
