Man to admit guilt in Mangilao armed robbery

A man accused of robbing a Mangilao store at knife point in April of last year is taking the prosecutor’s plea deal.
Twenty-year-old Fraghaisar Moteisou appeared before Judge Vernon Perez in Superior Court today.
It was said the agreement would have him admit to charges of second-degree robbery.
He faces a maximum of 8 years in prison but Moteisou will have to wait until the end of the month to admit guilt to allow the alleged victim time to review the plea deal.
He is scheduled back in court on Sept. 24.
