Man charged in Talo'fo'fo murder denied request to get out of jail

A man who prosecutors allege provided the murder weapon in last month’s deadly shooting in Talo’fo’fo was denied his request to get out of prison. Defendant Darryl Wayne Cundiff appeared before a Magistrate Judge in Superior Court today.
