Search for man reported missing in Tanguisson to continue Tuesday morning

An hours-long search for a 28-year-old man reported missing in Tanguisson midday Monday was suspended overnight until rescue crews have better visibility of the area.
First responders got the 911 call around 2:21 pm Monday.
The man, who has been identified by loved ones as Norberto Rosario, was surveying the land in the area with coworkers went he went missing.
The Guam Fire Department personnel and drones, the Navy’s HSC25 crew and the Guam International Airport Authority K-unit searched the coastal area until midnight.
“Due to terrain, visibility and the safety of personnel and volunteers,” said GFD spokesperson Lt. Nick Garrido, who also confirmed search efforts will continue by 7 am Tuesday.
Loved ones posted online that they would also be getting involved in the search and meeting at the Tanguisson hill at 6:30 am today. It was suggested that volunteers bring backpacks, water, gloves and flashlights, adding wearing shoes, long pants, and long sleeve shirts is highly recommended.
Garrido adds that anyone in the area that spots any signs of the missing man is asked to call 911.
