Man arrested for sexual assault of minor

A man who allegedly sexually assaulted a female minor known to him since she was seven-years-old was arrested for two counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct.
According to court documents, it was in June 2019 when a nine-year old girl told Guam police she had been sexually assaulted by 46-year old Morgan Hiller.
The girl described a couple of incidents to officers where Hiller inappropriately touched her private part in his residence.
Hiller allegedly told her to 'Take off your pants and keep this a secret.'
The girl did so out of fear. When officers interviewed Hiller he explained that the only time that he touched her private area was when she was seven-years old and he was showering her.
He was released on a $50,000 recognizance bond on Tuesday.
