With the recent cases of theft and burglary the Guam Women's Chamber of Commerce is hosting an 'Empower Hour' featuring key speakers from Pacific Grappling events, Latte Stone Defense, and Protection Concepts Unlimited. 

The workshop will focus on practical self-defense techniques, insights into the law and your rights, confidence in your ability to defend and protect yourself in different environments.

The 'Empower Hour' workshop is Thursday, July 25 from 4:30 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the Women's Business Center in Hagatna. It's free for GWCC members and $10 for future members.
