Man abused, repeatedly raped victim

A man accused of physically and sexually abusing a woman known to him is placed under arrest.

Forty-seven-year-old Herman Flores is charged with first-degree criminal sexual conduct, assault and family violence.

Court documents state Flores allegedly threatened to kill the victim and raped her multiple times.

Flores allegedly denied those claims.

He is being held on $25,000 cash bail.
