Two teenagers were quick to do the right thing and report a Government of Guam worker with drugs while on duty.

The employee is with the Guam Department of Labor’s National Dislocated Worker grant program assigned to Parks and Recreation. 

Fifty-three-year-old Paul Ignacio is charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance.

Court documents state the students were working at the Dededo Sports Complex for the summer break when they caught him with what turned out to be meth and marijuana.

Ignacio apologized before being taken into custody.

His bail was set at $5,000 cash.

Adelup confirmed he was terminated as well for violating the code of conduct.
