Delegates from Guam and the CNMI are already in Milwaukee, Wisconsin for the Republican National Convention. 

Delegate at Large Benny Pinaula shared some of the early photos taken of their arrival. The Guam delegation is being led by former Governor Felix Camacho and former Senator Tony Ada, who is up for reelection.

Five republicans from the CNMI will attend with National Committeewoman being Irene Holl. 

Holl told KUAM, “We are glad to be able to participate in the platform committee meeting yesterday.”

As KUAM reported, former President Trump won the votes during the republican caucuses held in Guam and the CNMI.

The four day convention kicks off on July 15.

50,000 guests are expected including the delegates who will formally nominate the next President and Vice-President of the United States.
