The all clear has been given after another potential fentanyl scare unfolding at the police precinct in Dededo today.

It's the second one Guam police have come across in the past week.

KUAM got word of the evacuation at the Dededo precinct around 2 p.m. today after the drugs were found on a suspect in custody.

Police said precautionary safety measures were taken after 'harmful substances' were found.

By 4 p.m., the substance tested negative for fentanyl.

This incident comes a week after an arrestee had overdosed on fentanyl while in custody at the Tumon precinct. She was taken to the hospital to be monitored.
