An admitted drug dealer gets eight months in federal prison.
Defendant Christian Cundiff was sentenced before Chief Judge Frances Tydingco-Gatewood in the District Court of Guam.
Cundiff has since pleaded guilty to distribution of methamphetamine hydrochloride.
He was ordered to self-surrender to the U.S. Marshals in Arizona. He will also serve two years' supervised release.
As KUAM reported, Cundiff was caught selling drugs with co-defendant Jesse Peredo between July 2018 and May 2019.
The investigation showed he sold 3.5 grams of meth to someone at a home in Hagat in October 2018.
During a search of his home, authorities found nearly $4,000 in cash, cut straws, baggies, and digital scales.
