Discussions on school break-ins, a temporary home for the Sharks, and more are on pause until further notice as Tuesday’s Oversight Hearing for the Guam Department of Education is canceled.

The agenda follows a series of break-ins to several GDOE school campuses this summer. It also comes off the heels of GDOE Superintendent Dr. Kenneth Swanson’s announcement of two options for a temporary school for Simon Sanchez High.

Also on the list were updates on the status of Typhoon Mawar recovery projects and school consolidation and closure.

A new date for GDOE’s Oversight Hearing with the legislature has not yet been set.
