An admitted drug dealer will learn his fate in federal court this week.

Jesse Peredo is scheduled to be sentenced Monday before Chief Judge Frances Tydingco-Gatewood in the District Court of Guam.

Peredo and co-defendant Christian Cundiff each pleaded guilty to distribution of methamphetamine hydrochloride.

As reported, Peredo admitted he sold more than two grams of meth for $1,500 in Hagat back in November 2018.

Cundiff admitted he was involved in the drug conspiracy.

Again, Peredo is scheduled to be sentenced Monday morning.
