An admitted drug dealer will learn his fate in the District Court of Guam this week.
Defendant Christian Cundiff has since pleaded guilty to distribution of methamphetamine hydrochloride.
His plea agreement states he was selling drugs with co-defendant Jesse Peredo between July 2018 and May 2019.
The investigation shows he sold $1,600 or 3.5 grams of meth to someone at a home in Hagat in October 2018.
During a search of his home, authorities found nearly $4,000 in cash, cut straws, baggies, and digital scales.
Prosecutor recommend he serve 10 months with three years’ supervised release.
Cundiff sentencing is scheduled for Monday morning before Chief Judge Frances Tydingco-Gatewood.
