Games of chance authorized at Liberation Day Block Party

"Play yellow....play yellow...play that sunshine yellow" -  games of chance are making a return to this year’s 80th Liberation Day festivities after Governor Lou Leon Guerrero gave the green light to Mayors Council of Guam president Jesse Alig.

The topic has been hotly debated for some time, but the governor made it clear: the games may be conducted for entertainment during the Liberation Block Party on July 20th and 21st and must comply with Guam law requirements.

As of this afternoon, the Guam Visitors Bureau confirms there are no vendors who signed up yet.
