The Judiciary of Guam is hosting a pre-season workshop for the Guam High School Mock Trial Competition on Saturday, July 13, 2024. The workshop is free and open to high school students, teacher-coaches, and attorney-coaches interested in participating in the upcoming mock trial season.

“We had a great turnout last season after resuming the mock trial competition. This workshop builds on that success and is a unique opportunity for students to enhance their understanding of both the competition and the legal system,” said Danielle Rosete, the Administrator of the Courts. 

The workshop will be held at the Judicial Education Center in Hagatna from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. It will feature experienced legal professionals and educators who will provide hands-on training in mock trial procedures, legal strategy, and courtroom decorum.
