Now to a fabulous update to share mid-way into Pride Month. The pride flags in Sinajana are flying stronger than ever!

Equality Guam, a non-profit organization, has delivered on its promise to replace the flags that were torn down near the Sinajana mayor’s office.

Earlier this month, a vandal was caught on camera ripping down these symbols of progress, the incident resulting in five damaged flags and flagpoles.

Sinajana Mayor Robert Hoffman told KUAM the news poles are from a generous donor, while senator dwyane san nicolas donated a handful of flags as well.

Meantime, the search continues for the suspect responsible for the crime.

In light of the situation, Equality Guam chooses to take the high Road and encourages our LGBTQIA+ family to as well.

An ally within Mayor Hoffman, who has since replace the damaged flag poles. Equality Guam donated five progressive pride flags that are proudly hung in Sinajana to honor Pride Month.
