A man is found guilty after only three hours of jury deliberation and will be deported under the Attorney General’s new “Deport Air” program.
Twenty-three-year-old Ken Uesm Jagabos, also known as Ken Urim Jagabos is convicted of terrorizing, aggravated assault, and abuse of an incompetent as third-degree-felonies.
According to court documents, Jagabos attacked a disabled elderly individual while they were waiting for a bus.
The Office of the Attorney General seeks the maximum sentence of 11 years imprisonment and deportation for Jagabos.
