Dededo man arrested in family violence, terrorizing

An altercation in Dededo escalated when one man allegedly pulled a knife on an individual known to him. 

Ellison Quitano, 18, is charged with terrorizing as a third-degree felony, assault, and family violence as misdemeanors. 

According to the magistrate’s complaint, an argument turned into a physical altercation when Quitano allegedly called the victim “a coward” and that he was “going to die.”

After police were contacted, they arrived to find Quitano and the victim standing on opposite sides of the road. 

A knife was spotted in Quitano’s pocket and was confiscated.
