Chief Justice Torres to deliver State of Judiciary Address on May 1

Chief Justice Robert J. Torres will deliver the 2024 State of the Judiciary Address on Wednesday, May 1 at 10 a.m., in the Speaker Antonio R. Unpingco Legislative Session Hall at the Guam Congress Building.

The State of the Judiciary address will provide a roadmap for the future direction of the Judiciary of Guam.
