Public Health: Two restaurants shutdown after failing inspection
Two local restaurants had their sanitary permits suspended following a recent inspection by the Department of Public Health Division of Environmental Health.
LA Tofu & Galbi in Tamuning was inspected on April 11 following a complaint.
Inspectors found presence of insects and rodents, food contamination not prevented during food preparation, no hot water provides, plumbing not properly installed, and health certificates and valid to name a few.
They were given a D-grade and had their sanitary permit suspended.
The sanitary permit for Spring Chinese Kitchen II in Yigo also remains suspended due to cockroach activity.
