A federal indictment is handed down against a convicted felon accused of possession of a firearm.

Anthony Benavente Taimanglo is charged with being a felon in possession of a firearm and ammunition.

The indictment was filed in the District Court of Guam today.

As reported, Taimanglo was charged separately in the District Court last year after being accused of stealing copper wire from federal property in 2019.

Prison records show he has multiple theft related cases against him that date back to 2013.
