A man who federal authorities alleged smuggled drugs and firearms into Guam was indicted in the District Court of Guam.

Reynaldo Zialcita is charged with possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine, drug user in possession of a firearm and ammunition, possession of a stolen firearm, and carrying a firearm during a drug trafficking crime.  

The indictment was handed down in February, but was just unsealed this week.

Court documents state the alleged trafficking occurred on Nov. 16 of last year.

The feds found an undisclosed amount of meth, a pistol that was reported stolen, and ammunition.

He remains freed from prison and trial is set for May 30.
