There’s a fourth democratic candidate who is vying for the Guam delegate position.

Local environmental activist David Lotz picked up a packet at the Guam Election Commission to make his run for Congress.

Lotz worked with the National Park Service and the Guam Department of Parks and Recreation where he retired.

He told KUAM he is interested and excited, adding he still needs to discuss his campaign with his supporters and loved ones.

Lotz now joins the race for the DC office alongside Senator Amanda Shelton, Ginger Cruz, and former Congressman Mike San Nicolas.

Incumbent delegate James Moylan is the lone republican candidate after Ken Leon Guerrero withdrew his bid to run.
