Complaint: child molester was high on meth when he raped teen

 A level-one sex offender now facing new rape allegations. 

The alleged victim, a 15-year-old girl, told police 44-year-old Carlos McGhee raped and molested her repeatedly. 

The alleged abuse started last November. 

The child allegedly told officers McGhee was high on the drug, ice, and threatened to kill her whenever she tried to escape. 

McGhee, who was convicted of molesting a 10-year-old back in 2019, is being held on a $50,000 cash bail. 

He is also accused of allegedly failing to report to the Guam Sex Offender Registry for the past year and a half.
