Convicted child molester arrested on new rape allegations

A level-one sex offender is back in prison after being accused of repeatedly raping a 15-year-old girl known to him.
Forty-four-year-old Carlos Glenn McGhee is charged with two counts of first- and second-degree criminal sexual conduct and failure to verify registration as a sex offender.
Court documents state the alleged victim was sexually abused multiple times since last November.
Prosecutors allege McGhee was high on meth during the abuse.
The victim allegedly told police McGhee threatened to stab and kill her whenever she tried to escape.
He is being held in the Department of Corrections prison on $50,000 cash bail.
According to the Guam Sex Offender Registry, McGhee was convicted of fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct in 2019. The victim in that case was 10.
Documents state, as a sex offender, he is required to report to authorities in person every 90 days.
McGhee allegedly failed to report since Sept. 12, 2022.
