Surveillance footage shows alleged killer's whereabouts

It’s Day 3 of the murder trial against defendant Jamie Nededog.
In Superior Court today, prosecutors played a video that showed Nededog walking away from the location where he apparently parked victim Edwin Pirando's truck on the morning of Oct. 10.
Prosecutor Sean Brown: And where’s he walking from?
Prosecuting Investigator James Henry: He’s walking from behind the Mt. Carmel School.
Brown: Do you know what direction he’s walking towards?
Henry: Yeah, he’s walking towards the San Vincente Avenue area.
Brown: Did you see what kind of shoes he has at this point?
Henry: Yes, it looks like he’s wearing slippers.
Nededog's on trial before Judge Alberto Tolentino facing murder charges for Pirando's death.
Pirando's body was found badly beaten in Sumai.
Prosecuting Investigator James Henry took to the stand, reviewing the video before the jury.
The footage was captured at 11:23 p.m. in Hagat the night before Pirando's body was found.
Brown: So Nededog’s residence and Pirando’s residence are this way, down the street?
Henry: Yes.
Brown: What kind of driveway does Mr. Pirando have?
Henry: It’s a short driveway.
Brown: Do you know if it’s sloped or is it flat?
Henry: It’s a little bit sloped.
Brown: Okay, do you know what direction is now traveling?
Henry: It’s going downhill towards Route 2.
Brown: Is the Agat village mart down that road?
Henry: Yes.
Brown: And you would have to pass Jamie Nededog’s house to get to that road?
Henry: Yes.
Footage also played from the Mobil gas station in Tumon.
When asked where the vehicle went, Henry said, “That vehicle turned and it’s heading towards Sumai.”
And this footage was captured from the Senior Center in front of Mount Carmel school.
Brown asked Henry to explain what he saw in the footage.
Henry said, “I saw what appeared to be the Toyota Tacoma driving the wrong way to the Senior Center area and then proceeds towards Mt. Caramel, it drove around the back and made a right turn towards the back and we see in another video where Jamie Nededog is walking.”
Guam Police Detective Eric Mondia also testified saying a possible motive for the alleged killing was robbery.
The officer recalled when they found Pirando’s body, he was missing the keys to his truck, pouch, and wallet.
Trial is ongoing.
