A man wanted in connection to a criminal sexual conduct investigation turned himself in to Guam police Saturday.

Sixty-four-year-old William Robert Reyes was arrested on suspicion of first and second-degree criminal sexual conduct and family violence.

Police said Reyes turned himself in to authorities the day after GPD issued a wanted flier to the public.

The investigation involved a complaint filed against him in Dec. 2022. Investigators with GPD’s Domestic Assault Response Team learned that Reyes had relocated off-island, but later returned and was actively evading law enforcement.

Police also added that detectives were able to establish sufficient probable cause and evidence to arrest Reyes in connection to two separate cases.

Currently, he is being held in the Department of Corrections (DOC) prison.
