New industrial park to rise in Dededo

A new industrial park is set to open this weekend along Route 3 in Dededo.
Spanning 40-acres, the new state-of-the-art industrial park is just minutes away from Marine Corps base Camp Blaz and the Guam Regional Medical City.
Developer representatives Rani Daryanani and Dru Sadhwani say the new “Pacific Industrial Park” is in response to the growing demand for industrial spaces on Guam.
Daryanani shared, “This park we've been working on it for the last three years. The great thing about it is since it's a gated community we have the occupancy permit. As you know constructing on Guam takes a lot of time so many people's concerns were infrastructure so when this lot was purchased we did all the infrastructure, subdividing, power, water, stuff to each lot so pretty much it's plug and play. Ready to go.”
“I think this is definitely needed for Guam and it's gonna be good for every business. The beauty about it also is that we're offering seller financing. We're doing build to suit options as well. So any business small, medium or large we'll work with them, we'll cater to their needs, and help them grow their business as well,” Sadhwani added.
The public is invited to a grand opening ceremony scheduled for Saturday at the site.
It’s located off Route 3 in Dededo, also referred to for many years as NCS road. It’s midway between the GRMC and Marine Corps base Camp Blaz.
