Police identify pair found dead following shootings in Toto

The Guam Police Department (GPD) have identified the individuals involved in the tragic incident that unfolded in Toto on Wednesday, confirming the case as a homicide-suicide investigation.
The victims have been named as Dolores Senaga Inocencio, 67, and Stevie Clifford Duenas.
Authorities responded to a residence along Aragon Street after receiving reports of shootings on Wednesday.
Upon arrival, they discovered Inocencio, who had sustained gunshot wounds to the face. Despite medics' efforts to revive her, she did not survive.
Duenas was captured on video surveillance leaving the residence. Subsequent surveillance footage near Harvest Christian Academy confirmed Duenas's death by suicide.
Notably, Duenas resided next door to the location where Inocencio was shot. The nature of their relationship remains unclear as investigators continue to piece together the details surrounding this tragic event.
An autopsy is scheduled for tomorrow to further investigate the circumstances of the incident. Guam Police expressed their condolences to the families affected by this heartbreaking event.
