A second defendant facing allegations that he was involved in selling meth on Guam denied the charges against him in Federal Court.

Defendant Christian Cundiff pleaded not guilty to multiple counts of conspiracy to distribute and distribution of methamphetamine hydrochloride.

Additionally, Co-defendant Jesse Peredo has since denied his alleged involvement as well.

Trial is scheduled for Jan. 11.

Federal prosecutors alleged the illegal drug activity occurred between July 2018 and May 2019. The amount of meth seized has not yet been made public.
