Complaint: Probationer caught with meth

A man on probation is back in prison after being caught with meth.

Christian Erfe Reyes, 33, is charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance.

On Sunday, Guam police officers spotted Reyes sleeping in a car parking near the GHURA housing property in Sinajana, court documents state.

During a search, authorities found two glass pipes and two baggies with meth, the complaint states.

Police also note Reyes was on probation for two separate criminal cases.
