Sailor admits to sharing hundreds of sexually explicit images of children

A Navy sailor admits to having hundreds of child pornography images on his computer and phone and has been posting it online.
Twenty-five-year-old, Andrew Taylor Wood, pleaded guilty to transportation of child pornography during a hearing held in the District Court of Guam today.
Court documents state Wood has online accounts between 2016 and 2022. During this time, he stored several hundred videos of children engaged in sexually explicit conduct.
The feds found the disturbing images in more than a dozen electronic devices.
Wood, who is currently not in custody, refused to comment after he admitted guilt today.
He faces a maximum of 20 years in prison and is required to register as a sex offender.
His sentencing is scheduled for Feb. 12.
