Moylan's response read, "I will gladly accept an increased presence of FBI, ICE, and CBP on Guam to help strengthen our borders. I would also like to invite you to join me in my district so you can see first-hand the importance of Guam's proximity with our nation's defense. Oh, and the island is quite lovely."

The exchange highlights the ongoing discussions regarding the role of U.S. territories in national defense and security. Guam, being a strategically located territory, plays a vital role in the country's defense posture, and Moylan's response emphasizes its significance.
