C.L. Taitano Elementary School has passed the Department of Public Health and Social Services' sanitary inspection with a “C” grade.
The Sinajana campus is following the “close-call” trend of Guam Department of Education schools, just a few demerits shy of failing.
The elementary campus handed down 38 demerits– with some of the school restrooms docked for not meeting requirements among some other big-ticket (six) demerits.
Meanwhile, Lydon B. Johnson and Tamuning Elementary Schools also passed sanitary re-inspections after both campuses shut down after failing initial inspection. Both schools received “C” ratings with 32 and 33 demerits, respectively.
