Guam will be placed in COR 1 at 10 p.m., Monday

In a video message to island residents, Gov. Lou Leon Guerrero says she will declare Condition of Readiness (COR) 1 at 10 p.m. this evening. With rainfall and stronger winds making their way through the night, she asks that residents take the necessary measures to secure their homes and businesses and remain safely indoors.
