Retired colonel honored as guest speaker at Air Force Ball

Before becoming the Air Force JRTOC instructor at Tiyan High School, ret. Col. Frank Flores was the installation base commander for 21 sites throughout Alaska and the Pacific. Recently, Flores was asked to be the key speaker at the Air Force ball.
