Twenty-three-year-old Anthony E. Jack was arrested and charged with burglary to a motor vehicle, theft, criminal mischief, eluding a police officer, reckless driving and criminal trespass.

According to a magistrate's complaint, in December 2022, Jack was one of three people seen on surveillance footage stealing from a truck outside a Yigo home. Items stolen from the truck as well as a tire puncture were valued at more than $1,000.

Then on June 13, Jack was allegedly driving a red motorcycle in the evening with a defective license plate lamp. When police attempted a traffic stop, Jack allegedly fled and began overtaking vehicles by driving in the oncoming lane. He later ditched the motorcycle in Dededo and ran into the jungle.

Ten days later, a woman called police to have Jack removed from her home. The woman said Jack wasn't allowed back at her home and then he allegedly began throwing items around in anger.

An officer then recognized the red motorcycle in the previous incident.
